Refund Policy
Seven days, full refund, no questions asked. That applies to the Creator subscription and to Founder’s Lifetime.

The guarantee
If Paper Animation is not what you hoped, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. We do not ask you to justify it and we do not send a retention offer.
How to request one
Email support@paperanimation.ai from the address you paid with, with the word refund in the subject line. That is the whole process.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money typically lands within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to your access
- Creator: the subscription ends immediately and clean exports stop.
- Founder’s Lifetime: the licence ends and your founder number returns to the pool for someone else.
- Anything you already exported stays yours, and any clean export made before the refund remains free to use.
After the 7 days
Creator subscriptions can be cancelled in one click at any point, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months.
Founder’s Lifetime is a one-off payment, so there is nothing to cancel after the guarantee window closes.
Fair use
The guarantee is meant for people trying the product in good faith. We reserve the right to decline repeat refunds on the same account.
